CRM Manager (VA1) Database management - Data entry, organization and cleanup, customization and set up Building workflows to manage customer relationships Take leadership over team members actions in CRM Ensure that all company leads have been contacted Analyzing customer data Send calendar links for appointments or meetings Cleaning up lead source, contact type and deal stage fields Backing up and migrating existing data to avoid data loss Auditing all impacted workflows and fixing them Making recommendations on what's possible and best practices Weekly review of agent activity in Hubspot, pointing out data gaps via reporting CRM clean up. Longer term, CRM maintenance and data audit. Experience and Proficiency Good English communication skills (written and verbal) With extensive Hubspot experience who can asist in migrating Hubspot data for a client Tools Gsuite Hubspot Zapier **Advantage** WhatConverts Brix Calendly Squarespace GoHighLevel Kajabi
