Inside Sales Agent (VA2) Cold Messaging (script will be provided) Qualifying leads Book appointments Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources Emails, or texts Managing social media leads Answering inquiries to convert leads to appointments CRM Management Updating notes, statuses, and client information Nurture past leads Answer follow-up questions and other queries from past leads Lead setting Track responses and statuses of the lead Pre and post booking Managing and tracking of KPIs Experience and Proficiency Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have sales experience either from a corporate set-up **IMPORTANT Should have graduated from college or have a degree if non-experienced and is coachable, doing the role **IMPORTANT Should have CRM management experience, preferably GoHighLevel Personality Requirements Confident Go-getter Strong Communicator Organized Detail oriented Proactive Resourceful Personable Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST Engagement Compensation $3 and $5/hr. -** open for Corporate-experienced Talents and Diploma/degree holders only Engaged Talent Communication Work Email WhatsApp Engaged Talent Commencement Date ASAP
