E-commerce VA (VA1) Seller Communication: Engage with sellers via email or Messenger to coordinate deal postings. Ensure all necessary details are collected and documented. Payment Documentation: Record payments from sellers accurately in a Google Spreadsheet. Keep track of amounts and update Sarah and Alyssa accordingly. Moderation & Customer Engagement: Act as a moderator in the Facebook group to ensure a positive and compliant environment. Interact with customers in the comments, answering questions and maintaining engagement. Affiliate Deal Posting: Create affiliate links using our Amazon account and JotURL deep linking service. Copy relevant information from Amazon listings, including the product title, promo code, and any exclusions. Ensure all postings adhere to Amazon Affiliate Terms of Service, including proper pricing formats (e.g., $4.xx - no exact prices, no prices for lightning deals). Tracking & Reporting: Maintain records of the number of deals posted, payments received, and deal performance. Post Scheduling: Schedule Facebook posts to ensure consistent engagement and timely deal sharing.
