• Social Media Manager (VA1)• Content Management & Creation• Curating social media posts from approved content (videos, captions, graphics)• Platforms include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Threads, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn • Repurpose existing content into additional posts where appropriate • Organize and maintain all social content files (raw edited posted) • Writing captions for videos and social media posts (e.g., for Facebook) • Creative writing/copywriting • Scheduling & Publishing• Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms • Maintain a clear content calendar and posting log • Track what content has been posted and whats upcoming • Engagement & Community Interaction• Like and comment on relevant posts from target accounts daily • Leave thoughtful, non‑spammy comments designed to spark curiosity and drive profile visits • Engage with followers comments on our posts (likes + simple replies) • Monitor DMs and flag meaningful conversations or leads • Growth & Visibility• Identify relevant accounts, hashtags, and conversations to engage with • Engage consistently to increase visibility and profile visits • Flag trends, questions, or engagement opportunities • Reporting & Updates• Provide a brief daily update on activities, engagement, and flagged opportunities • Experience and Proficiency• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have social media management experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should have experience using any CRM management software, preferably GoHighLevel • Should have experience in using any graphics editing software, preferably Canva experience • Should have experience in using video editing software, preferably CapCut or Opus Clips • Should be well-versed in using any cloud storage for accessing the video library, preferably Dropbox • Personality Requirements• Organized • Detail-oriented • Proactive • Resourceful • Personable • Strong Communicator • Creative • Adaptable • Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST (40 hours per week) • Engagement Compensation• $6 and up/hr. -** open for Experienced talents only • Engaged Talent Communication• Work Email • Slack • Engaged Talent Commencement Date• ASAP • Final Alignment Session Schedule• Monday, 2nd of February at 12:00 PM PST (2:00 PM CST) • Onboarding Call Recording Link Schedule notes: • Monday, 2nd of February at 12:00 PM PST (2:00 PM CST)
