Tasks: 1. edit and clean raw footage 2. turn cleaned raw footage various fully edited videos: - Meta Video Ads - Video Sales Letters - YouTube Long form - potentially clipping/editing for short form organic 3. We have proven editing styles but we want an editor who can also add their own flare/direction when asked Tools: monday.com = Experience preferred - but not required canva = Similar experience required i dont care what video editor they use as long as theyre good with it = Exact experience required slack = Experience preferred - but not required Personality: Organized Proactive Resourceful Detail-Oriented Creative / Innovative Skills: Graphic Design (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Video Editing Working hours: Full-Time (30–40 hrs/week) Preferred Schedule (Time Zone & Hours):8-4:30 EST NOTES: **I'm open to bumping pay to the next tier if the skill level is significantly higher **The main thing is we want people to take ownership and initiative in their assigned role. It almost doesnt even help if they need an exact SOP of everything you ask of them. Not saying we dont have SOPs, just a general observation. We like problem solvers in their respective role.
