Marketing Assistant (VA9) • Graphic Production & Editing Populate and deliver templated graphics (e.g., Just Listed, Just Sold, Open House, Agent Welcome, Sign Riders) using Canva. Complete templated business cards and signage requests. Edit backgrounds from agent headshots as needed. Fill in recurring templated marketing assets based on agent milestones and brokerage needs. Agent Support Tasks Complete agent-submitted requests such as: Pulling addresses for circle prospecting. Skip tracing contact information for outreach. Assist with new agent welcome materials, signage, and social media graphics. Workflow Execution Maintain and update agent data via Airtable to ensure accurate branding assets. Use Google Drive to organize and deliver final graphics. Track all tasks and due dates via Asana to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
