• Telemarketer • Call on assigned inbound and outbound leads daily • Qualify prospects based on provided criteria and scripts • Engage prospects, identify interest level, and confirm eligibility • Transfer qualified live calls to licensed insurance agents • Accurately code and update call dispositions in the dialer and CRM • Apply correct statuses for no interest, follow-up needed, quoted, or do-not-call • Maintain compliance with calling and opt-out requirements • Use call tools and CRM systems consistently throughout the shift • Communicate updates and issues with the team via Slack • Experience and Proficiency• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have outbound or cold calling experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should have graduated from college or have a degree if non-experienced and is coachable, doing the role **IMPORTANT • Experience in using Calltools is a strong plus • Experience in using Slack and Google Sheets is a plus • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus • Personality Requirements• Outgoing / Personable • Strong Communicator • Adaptable / Flexible • Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST • Engagement Compensation• $3 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talents• Experienced Talents, Corporate-experienced, and Diploma/degree holders • Engaged Talent Communication• Work Email • Slack
