Lead Generation Specialist (VA1) • Evaluate and qualify leads from multiple sources • Pull organic leads and perform data scraping • Conduct farming, text blasting, skip tracing, and outbound prospecting calls • Send emails to prospective clients and manage follow-ups • Create and maintain contact lists and CRM data entry • Secure client reviews and online feedback • Run Facebook lead generation ads and manage social media listings • Engage with social media responses and add prospects to CRM for nurturing • Design flyers and social posts for listings using Canva and CapCut Tools Capcut Canva, CRM (Lofty)(Must), FB advertising/META (Must) Instagram • Personality Requirements• Proactive • Self-starter • Detail-oriented • Problem-solver • Responsive • Collaborative • Independent worker • VA Working Hours • Flexible, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST or 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM CST• Part-time • VA Salary• $4 to $6/hr. -** open to corporate experienced candidate ($$) • VA Communication• Work Email • Slack • WhatsApp • VA Commencement Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• Friday, 15th of August, 9:00 AM CST Schedule notes: Note: To be replaced : Kenneth Ang
