• Inside Sales Associate (VA2 to VA5)• Outbound Calling & Lead Qualification• Make daily outbound calls (180–200 leads/day, minimum 2 attempts per lead) • Qualify prospects, handle objections, and identify sales-ready leads • Manage time zones and availability to ensure effective calling windows • Appointment Setting & Follow-Ups• Book 2–4 qualified appointments per day and confirm same-day • Send SMS follow-ups to confirm, reschedule, or re-engage leads • Recycle and re-engage unresponsive or previously contacted leads • CRM Management & Reporting• Update lead status, call disposition tags, and detailed notes in GHL • Send call notes and key lead details directly to the closer • Submit daily activity reports (calls, contacts, appointments booked) • Experience and Proficiency • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have phone call handling experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should be skilled at booking appointments, handling objections, and following up to convert leads**IMPORTANT • Experienced in making high-volume outbound calls, handling inbound leads, and nurturing prospects via calls, emails, and texts to consistently build a listing pipeline • Tools:• GHL, HubSpot • Personality Requirements• Organized; Proactive • Resourceful • Detail-Oriented • Analytical / Problem Solver • Creative / Innovative • Strong Communicator • Adaptable / Flexible • Team-Oriented • Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST • Engagement Compensation• $4 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talents• Experienced Talents, Corporate-experienced only • Engaged Talent Communication• Work Email • Slack • Engaged Talent Commencement Date• ASAP • Final Alignment Session Schedule• Tuesday, 3rd of February at 11:30 AM CST • Onboarding Call Recording Link NOTE: PLEASE SEND THE RESUME AND DISC PROFILE OF THE TALENTS 4 HOURS BEFORE THE INTERVIEW.
