• Digital Marketing Manager (VA1)• Create graphics and visual content • Develop branded marketing assets and creatives • Use AI tools to support content production • Ensure that the brand message is consistent • Design, build, and maintain social media presence • Distribution and scheduling contents • Identify trends and insights • Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc. • Repurpose content across platforms• Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, & Google Business Profile • Basic video editing• Repurposing videos • Translate/AI-dub videos into other languages (Mandarin, Hindi, etc.) • Chop clips and convert it for different platforms like YouTube shorts, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels and stories • Adding descriptions and captions on post • Create basic landing pages and optimize user experience • Upload/manage lead magnets (eBook downloads) • Help with marketing automation • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns • Running FB and Google Ads • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms • Implement and analyze performance metrics • Support weekly webinar setup and automation • Experience and Proficiency• Good English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have digital marketing experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should have graduated from college or have a degree if non-experienced and is coachable, doing the role **IMPORTANT • Should be well-versed in G Suite, Microsoft 365, Canva, & AI Tools • Should have basic video editing skills • Should have CRM management experience • Personality Requirements• Self-Starter / Independent; • Outgoing / Personable; • Creative / Innovative; • Strong Communicator • can bring fresh ideas to the table • Resourceful • Open-minded • Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)• Part-time initially and could grow into full-time (30 days) • Engagement Compensation• $4 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talents• Experienced Talents, Corporate-experienced, and Diploma/degree holders • Engaged Talent Communication• Work Email • Slack VA1 Replacement for John Joseph Geron
