• Automotive Technician - Desk (VA4) • Research and identify correct vehicle repair parts. • Interpret vehicle diagrams and repair information. • Provide diagnostic support to technicians and service advisors. • Contact suppliers for parts pricing and availability. • Manage shop software for repair planning and workflow. • Required Qualifications: • A-Level Automotive Technician experience. • Knowledge of American and European vehicles; diesel experience is a plus. • Strong English communication skills and technical diagram reading ability. • Comfortable with computers and familiar with shop software like Shop-Ware, Steer, or Tekmetric. • Minimum of 7 years experience of hands-on automotive technician. • Tools• Shopware or any shop software • Ordering parts • Whatsapp • Detect auto • Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST Full-time • Engagement Compensation• $4 to &10/hr. -** open to all types of candidates • Hiring Goal: Planning to hire 2 VAs.
