Schedule This role is an 8am–5pm PST, Monday–Friday shift. Candidates must confirm they can commit to this schedule on an ongoing basis. Note: Our weekend OA seat is currently filled, so do not source or screen for that shift at this time. 2. Seniority level — refine, don't strip Keep the EA-for-C-level-executive framing — that experience is genuinely valued, since supporting a C-level seat requires a different level of discretion and judgment than supporting a lower-level manager. For BPO backgrounds: a team lead is a good fit; a long-tenured operations manager or senior leadership background is not — those candidates tend not to want individual-contributor work, which is what this role is. Please screen out long-term ops managers/senior leaders specifically, not team leads. 3. Compensation range Update to $7–12/hr. 4. Geography Open sourcing to all Sphere Rocket service areas, including the Philippines and Latin America — not limited to current pool. 5. Work history/consistency In addition to consistent tenure (no pattern of sub-1-year stints without explanation), we want candidates who are currently employed or were recently employed. We're comfortable with a standard two-week notice period for their transition. 6. Equipment requirements — outdated Please update to our current standard: 16GB RAM minimum (not 4GB), 50 Mbps minimum internet with a required backup connection (not 25/10 Mbps), dual monitors required, noise-canceling USB headset. 7. Screening — this is where the misses are happening Before candidates reach us, please confirm: • They can commit to the 8am–5pm PST, Monday–Friday shift on an ongoing basis • No stated aversion to phone calls, repetitive tasks, or difficult customers • BPO background is team lead level, not long-term ops manager/senior leadership • Currently or recently employed, consistent work history We've had four no-shows and repeated schedule mismatches reach the interview stage — this should be caught in your screening call, not ours. We'd like a corrected JD and confirmation of updated screening criteria before the next batch is submitted. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions. FI notes: (June 9, 2026) Ideal Candidate Profile: The role centers on individual task execution, not delegation or oversight Strong focus on SLA adherence and queue management within a specific department Preferred background: candidates who started as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and progressed to a Team Leader or Supervisor role; Candidates with EA experience with assisting C level positions with be great Notes June 25, 2026 (Can be use for Screening purposes) DO NOT INCLUDE IN the INVITE 1. Job Title Correction - The correct title should be Operations Assistant, not Operations Coordinator. 2. Experience Requirements Maintain the requirement of at least 2 years of experience supporting operations. Candidates should come from a corporate or BPO background, ideally with exposure to executive-level support. Avoid candidates who have been call center agents for many years without progression, as this may indicate limited initiative. Avoid candidates who have been operations managers for a long time, since they may not be interested in individual contributor work. Prefer candidates who have shown career progression, such as moving from agent to team lead or specialist within a few years. 3. Skill and Role Level Clarification - The role should target individuals at an executive assistant level, capable of independent decision-making and critical thinking, not entry-level virtual assistants limited to data entry or basic tasks. 4. Language Requirement Adjustment - Spanish proficiency should remain listed as a plus, but not a requirement. 5. Schedule and Availability The position requires weekend shifts (Saturday through Wednesday, PST), with training conducted Monday through Friday. Candidates must be willing to work weekends; this should be clearly stated as non‑negotiable to prevent future misalignment. 6.
