E-Commerce VA (VA3) Marketing & Operations • Create and run free/paid ads • Assist in sending out emails • Collaborate on social media content • Manage social media platforms for the brand • Set up and manage e-commerce website • Manage and build product listings • Implement follow-up systems and text automation • Assist with automation and landing pages • Provide back-end support • Create mock-ups and logos • Assist with pricing strategies • Create a daily product sourcing plan • Research essential products to meet customer demand, sustain profitability, and remain competitive Experience & Proficiency • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Prior e-commerce experience (WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms) IMPORTANT • College graduate or equivalent; coachable for the role if non-experienced IMPORTANT • Proficient in Canva and social media platforms
