• Digital Marketing Manager (VA1)• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms• Facebook, Instagram, etc. • For Digit Squid, DDS CFO, and Ask a Bookkeeper on LinkedIn, • Working from the StoryBrand brand framework is already built for each entity • Write captions and posts aligned with brand voice and messaging • Engage with comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner • Monitor social media performance and track basic analytics • Repurpose content (turn posts into emails, clips, graphics, etc.) • Assist with content ideas and marketing campaigns • Manage and organize the content calendar • Draft and format emails, newsletters, and announcements • Set up and manage lead magnet funnels in Go High Level, including opt-in pages, forms, and automated sequences • Build out email list infrastructure, starting with a basic signup form and growing from there • Create basic landing pages and optimize user experience • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns • Detailed tasklist • Experience and Proficiency• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have digital marketing experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should have graduated from college or have a degree if non-experienced and is coachable, doing the role **IMPORTANT • Should be well-versed in G Suite, Canva, Microsoft 365, & AI tools • Should have CRM management experience, preferably with GoHighLevel • Experience in using StoryBrand or any similar platforms would be ideal • Experience in the Accounting industry would be ideal • Experience in using any website builder software is a plus • Should have basic video editing skills • Personality Requirements• Organized • Resourceful • Self-Starter / Independent • Outgoing / Personable • Strong Communicator • Adaptable / Flexible • Team-Oriented • Open-minded • Inquisitive • Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST • Engagement Compensation• $4 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talents• Experienced VAs, Corporate-experienced, and Diploma/degree holders • Engaged Talent Communication• Work Email • MS Teams • Engaged Talent Commencement Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be determined by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Onboarding Call Recording Link NOTES: **James Jankowski is the husband; Corry is the wife.
