• Client Success Coordinator (VA1)• Make client retention calls for policies that are at risk of lapsing • Follow provided scripts when speaking with clients • Conduct birthday calls to existing clients • Offer and schedule financial review appointments during birthday outreach • Make welcome calls to new clients • Make welcome calls to newly onboarded team members/recruits • Follow up with recruits regarding licensing classes and training progress • Remind recruits about upcoming classes and training milestones • Send emails to clients on behalf of the client • Contact clients to collect or update email addresses when needed • Reach out to clients regarding investment review opportunities • Update notes and client information within the company CRM (access permitting) • Track call outcomes and client interactions • Support client communication and relationship-building efforts • Assist with administrative follow-up activities as assigned • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have appointment setting or cold calling experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should have crm management experience • Experience in using dialers is a strong plus • Experience in the financial services is a huge plus • Preferred Traits & Personality• Resourceful • Self-Starter / Independent • Outgoing / Personable • Strong Communicator • Team-Oriented • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST (20 hours per week) • Part-time initially and could grow into full-time • Compensation Range• $4-6/hour and up • Communication Tools• Work Email • WhatsApp • Zoom • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Ray Charles Binkley - Onboarding
