• Inside Sales Agent (VA1)• Make outbound cold calls to the provided list of approximately 600–700 businesses to identify and qualify companies for community outreach events. • Book qualified community outreach events where the office provides free 2-hour massage events for employees. • Follow the provided calling scripts and event qualification criteria. • Follow up with prospects and rework the calling list in manageable batches rather than contacting the entire list at once. • Send confirmation/follow-up emails to businesses after events are scheduled. • Maintain notes and update the provided lead list/database with call outcomes, follow-ups, and scheduled events. • Coordinate regularly with the in-house Community Outreach Assistant regarding scheduled events, availability, and priorities. • Use the office's scheduling/patient software as needed to coordinate event dates, without access to all scheduling details. • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have cold calling or appointment-setting experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should have CRM management experience • Experience in using diallers is a strong plus • Female candidate strongly preferred • Preferred Traits & Personality• Organized • Detail-Oriented • Outgoing / Personable • Team-Oriented • Assertive • Goal-oriented • Thick-skinned • Collaboration Hours• • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday , 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST (16 hours per week) • Part-time initially and could grow into full-time • Compensation Range• $4-6/hour and up • Track performance based primarily on qualified events booked, with potential for a future incentive/commission structure • Communication Tools• Work Email • Teams • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Jamie Cramer - Onboarding • Important Notes• Female candidate strongly preferred, as the client believes a female voice/personality will resonate better with their local market for massage-related community outreach events.
