• Inside Sales Agent (VA1)• Conduct outbound calls to local real estate agents and businesses to invite them to property tours. • Follow up with prospects and confirmed participants to keep the scheduling process moving smoothly. • Add confirmed participants and all relevant information to the CRM. • Ensure each tour is fully booked before moving on to the next tour. • Focus initially on Rockwall County, then expand to areas such as Kaufman County and Collin County as the tours grow. • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have cold calling or appointment-setting experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should have CRM management experience, preferably with Go High Level • Experience in using auto or manual dialers is a strong plus • Experience in the real estate industry is a huge plus • Preferred Traits & Personality• Organized • Proactive • Resourceful • Self-Starter / Independent • Outgoing / Personable • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday• Flexible • Compensation Range• $6-10/hour and up • Communication Tools• Work Email • WhatsApp • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Justin Slocum - Onboarding • Important Notes• Potential future role: A successful VA may eventually help train additional VAs as the service expands. • Communication preference: Client prefers email and text/WhatsApp for communication and does not want to use Slack Schedule notes: FI Schedule: Wednesday, September 16th at 08:00 AM PST (10:00 AM CST)
