• Lead Generation Specialist (VA1)• Cold Calling & Prospecting• Make 20 cold calls per day to client-provided leads • Contact businesses trade-by-trade and state-by-state (e.g., plumbers and roofers in California) • Follow the provided scripts, videos, and objection-handling responses • Introduce the business and clearly explain the purpose of the call • Identify the owner/decision maker or person responsible for marketing/website purchases • Lead Qualification & Handoff• Explain that the call is not a sales pitch and offer a free mock website • Handle basic objections regarding outdated or missing websites • Ask where the website link can be sent (email and/or cell phone) • Immediately provide the client with the prospect's name and contact information • No appointment scheduling required; the client will personally follow up and send the website link • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have phone call handling experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Must be comfortable with high-volume outbound calls, targeting at least 20 calls per day • Experience following scripts and handling common objections professionally. • Preferred Traits & Personality• Organized • Proactive • Resourceful • Self-Starter / Independent • Detail-Oriented • Outgoing / Personable • Analytical / Problem Solver • Creative / Innovative • Strong Communicator • Adaptable / Flexible • Collaboration Hours• Tuesday to Saturday• 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST • Compensation Range• $6/hour and up • Communication Tools• Work Email • Slack • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Juan De Leon - Onboarding • Important Notes• The client mentioned that he was unaware that billing would begin before the VA had started working.
