• Real Estate SEO & AI Search Visibility Specialist (VA2) • Develop and implement basic SEO and Local SEO strategies for the realtor's website and online presence. • Optimize website content, business profiles, and other relevant online platforms. • Research local real estate keywords, search trends, and competitor visibility. • Apply AEO/GEO strategies to improve visibility in search engines and AI-generated results. • Identify opportunities to build the realtor's authority and relevance within her target market. • Review existing online content and recommend improvements. • Monitor search visibility and provide regular updates and recommendations. • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support research, content optimization, and visibility strategies. • Stay current with changes in SEO, AI search, AEO, and GEO best practices. • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience with SEO and Local SEO. • Understanding of AEO, GEO, or AI search optimization. • Experience working with real estate businesses is strongly preferred. • Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, keyword research, and website optimization. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Able to work independently and provide strategic recommendations rather than requiring step-by-step instructions. • Ideal Candidate:• Someone who understands how people search for realtors online and how search engines and AI platforms determine which businesses or professionals to recommend.
