• Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist (VA1) • 1. Graphic Design & Brand Presentation • Our immediate priority is a complete visual improvement of our LinkedIn presence. • Redesign the LinkedIn banner, profile graphics, and post templates. • Create professional, modern graphics for LinkedIn and other social media platforms. • Ensure all text is properly aligned, readable, and fully visible on desktop and mobile. • Use clean layouts, appropriate font sizes, consistent spacing, and our established brand colors. • Create graphics that communicate one clear message without excessive text. • Maintain consistent branding across marketing materials. • 2. Social Media Content Creation & Management • Develop and execute a weekly LinkedIn content calendar; publish at least three high-quality LinkedIn posts per week. • Create engaging posts, carousels, graphics, and short-form content. • Edit written content for clarity, grammar, structure, and readability while preserving Abraham's authentic voice and message. • Transform existing ideas, recordings, and discussions into professional social media content. • Keep content relevant to our target audience and communicate a clear takeaway. • Schedule, publish, and monitor content consistently. • 3. LinkedIn Engagement & Audience Growth • Identify and engage with relevant professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, and potential coaching clients. • Write at least 10 meaningful comments per working day on relevant LinkedIn posts. • Initiate at least 10 personalized direct messages per week to build genuine professional relationships. • Monitor engagement and respond appropriately to comments and messages. • Build relationships with other creators and relevant professionals. • Identify opportunities to increase profile visibility, followers, and engagement. • The focus is genuine engagement and a relevant audience—not generic comments, automated spam, or meaningless connections. • 4. Video Editing & Content Repurposing • Edit coaching and business-related videos into professional, engaging content. • Convert longer videos into short clips for LinkedIn and other social platforms. • Add captions, titles, graphics, and appropriate visual elements. • Identify useful moments from existing videos that can become standalone posts or short clips. • Maintain professional audio and video quality. • 5. Email Marketing & Newsletters • Develop and design professional email newsletters for our coaching audience. • Repurpose LinkedIn content into relevant email campaigns. • Create clear calls to action that encourage readers to connect, subscribe, or inquire about coaching services. • Assist with growing and maintaining our email subscriber list. • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements. • 6. Lead Generation & Performance Tracking • Develop strategies to convert social media engagement into coaching inquiries and booked meetings. • Track relevant leads, opt-ins, appointments, and conversions. • Provide a weekly performance report covering published content, engagement, audience growth, outreach, and opportunities generated. • Identify successful content and recommend adjustments to improve results. • Take ownership of agreed-upon performance targets. • Required Qualifications • We are looking for someone with proven social media marketing experience, not simply general virtual assistance. • Demonstrated experience managing and growing LinkedIn accounts, preferably for entrepreneurs, executives, coaches, or professional services. • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Canva or equivalent design software. • Excellent written English; ability to edit content without losing the original message or voice. • Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software. • Experience creating and managing email newsletters. • Understanding of audience development, content strategy, social media engagement, and lead generation. • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently. • Strong attention to detail in text alignment, formatting, branding, and overall presentation. • Ability to turn business or coaching concepts into clear messages for the target audience. • Experience with executive coaching, personal development, business leadership, or real estate content is an asset. • Compensation & Performance Incentives • The target compensation is $8–$12 USD per hour, depending on experience, skills, and demonstrated ability. • In addition to the base hourly rate, we intend to introduce a performance-based bonus structure rewarding meaningful business results, such as: • Qualified coaching consultation meetings booked. • New qualified email subscribers or coaching leads generated. • Measurable audience growth and content performance. • The final bonus structure and qualification criteria will be agreed upon before employment begins. • What We Are Looking For • We want someone who thinks like a marketing partner rather than a task-based assistant—someone who can recognize what needs improvement in our LinkedIn profile, bring creative ideas, execute them professionally, and take responsibility for results. • You should be comfortable working directly with Abraham, understanding his ideas and converting them into clear, professional content while preserving his natural communication style. • Our primary objective is to build a recognizable personal brand and strong audience for our executive coaching business, ultimately generating genuine relationships and qualified coaching opportunities. • Real estate content will remain part of our overall brand, but sourcing real estate investors is not the primary objective of this position. • Application Requirements • Please provide your resume, portfolio, and examples of LinkedIn accounts or social media brands you have managed. • Include graphic design samples, video editing examples, and measurable marketing results from previous roles. • Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical assignment improving an existing LinkedIn graphic or turning a coaching concept into an engaging social media post. • Internal Hiring Note — Sphere Rocket • Prioritize demonstrated graphic design quality, excellent English writing, LinkedIn marketing experience, and the ability to work independently. • Position this as a dedicated marketing specialist—not a general administrative VA. • The initial assignment should be a LinkedIn profile and visual-brand overhaul, followed by implementation of the weekly content and engagement strategy. https://abelam.slack.com/files/U08BH5RR7UN/F0C44RGBZSQ/social_media_digital_marketing_specialist_job_description.docx To be replaced: Ella Apostol Schedule notes: Thursday, October 15th at 2:00 PM EST (1:00 PM CST)
