• Social Media Video Editor (VA1)• Video Editing & Content Creation• Edit raw video clips into polished social media videos, following the provided topic, script, and creative direction • Apply professional editing techniques, including clean cuts, transitions, B-roll, effects, sound effects, backgrounds, and other elements needed to achieve the desired quality • Leverage AI tools to improve the editing workflow while maintaining strong hands-on video editing skills and an understanding of how to structure and produce a video • Bring creative ideas to the content by suggesting new video concepts, angles, or content opportunities based on trends, news, AI developments, or relevant topics • Social Media Publishing & Content Pipeline• Prepare and schedule completed videos for social media, primarily using GoHighLevel (GHL) • Maintain a consistent content pipeline, working toward 1–2 videos per day as the workflow becomes established • Work quickly and efficiently, understanding tasks with minimal hand-holding while maintaining high quality and meeting quick turnaround expectations • Support content strategy and growth by providing feedback on content ideas, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and following, and contributing ideas that may have sales potential • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have video editing experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Proficiency in using any video editing software or tool to create polished, engaging social media videos **IMPORTANT • Working knowledge of AI tools for video creation and editing, with the ability to learn and implement AI-driven workflows • Understanding of video structure and the ability to execute creative direction without extensive step-by-step instruction • Understanding of the best posting times and audience engagement patterns to maximize reach, views, interactions, and overall content performance • Preferred Traits & Personality• Organized • Proactive • Resourceful • Self-Starter / Independent • Detail-Oriented • Outgoing / Personable • Analytical / Problem Solver • Creative / Innovative • Strong Communicator • Adaptable / Flexible • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday (Part time 20 hours per week)• 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM EST or anytime between 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM • Compensation Range• $6/hour and up • Communication Tools• Work Email • WhatsApp • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Andrew Wienen - Onboarding • Important Notes• Proficiency in using any video editing software or tool to create polished, engaging social media videos **IMPORTANT • The client has not signed the contract yet.
