• Social Media Manager (VA1)• Managing all social media platforms • Increasing brand awareness• Define Brand Identity • Identify Audience & Platforms • Develop an effective Social Media strategy• Creation and research of content • Research on trends and market preferences • Plan content pillars (e.g., educational, entertaining, inspirational, promotional). • Use a mix of formats: Reels, stories, infographics, memes, polls, long-form posts. • Run paid ads for awareness campaigns targeting specific demographics. • Scheduling posts and creating a content calendar • Graphics and image editing from Canva or similar app • Distribution of marketing materials to other team (Example: Graphics or contents for posting) • Additional Task• Basic video editing• Repurposing videos • Chop clips and convert it for different platforms like YouTube shorts, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels and stories • Adding descriptions and captions on post • Future Task• Social Media Moderation• Responding to comments or messages • Liking and commenting to sphere of influence • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have social media management experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should be well-versed in using GSuite, Microsoft 365 & AI Tools • Experience in using Canva, third party platforms that can post to other platforms or any similar tools would be ideal • Experience in using Meta ads manager, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube or any similar tools is a huge plus • Having a music or artist marketing industry experience is a huge plus • Preferred Traits & Personality• Self-Starter / Independent • Detail-Oriented • Strong Communicator • Creative • Artistic • Passionate • Data driven • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday • 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM EST (10 hours per week) • Part-time initially and could grow into full-time (6 months) • Compensation Range• $4/hour and up • Communication Tools• Work Email • WhatsApp • Google Meet • Teams • Slack • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link • Ryan Karp - Onboarding • Important Notes• Experience in using Canva, third party platforms that can post to other platforms or any similar tools would be ideal • Experience in using Meta ads manager, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube or any similar tools is a huge plus • Having a music or artist marketing industry experience is a huge plus Schedule notes: To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team
