Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities • Launch marketing for every active listing (currently 6) using carousels, call-to-action graphics and posts built from our approved templates • Post to our business page, personal page and relevant Facebook groups, following each group's rules • Create and post listing videos • Plan and run paid ads • Build listing landing pages in Lofty • Write a weekly MLS-compliant message to agent members for each active listing • Send a weekly plan of action every Monday • Review our social media performance and turn findings into actions • Make sure every piece follows fair housing, MLS and advertising rules before it's posted Key Requirements • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal • Experience in social media marketing, including paid ads • Skills in graphic design and video editing • Strong writing and attention to detail • Able to work from templates and brand guidelines • Comfortable working a set schedule with daily check-ins What Success Looks Like • Consistent daily posting across platforms, with new listings and price or status changes posted the same day • Regular video content and active posting in relocation groups • 100% compliant posts • Growth in reach, engagement and inquiries per listing Personality • Organized • Detail oriented • Proactive • Self-motivated • Personable Nice to Have • Real estate marketing experience • Knowledge of fair housing and MLS advertising rules • Familiarity with Lofty, Canva or similar tools, and Facebook Ads Manager • Interest in the Columbia, Mississippi market Tools • Facebook and social platforms • Canva or similar design tools • Lofty • Google Drive • Slack • Clockify (daily time and output tracking)
