• DM Setter (VA1)• Outbound Direct Message Outreach • Identify qualified financial service advisor prospects across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Research potential partner candidates on target social media platforms • Initiate personalized direct messaging outreach using client-approved scripts • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to adapt, rephrase, and customize outreach messages • Send customized follow-up messages to non-responsive prospects • Lead Nurturing & Appointment Scheduling • Monitor direct message inboxes across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Respond to incoming inquiries from interested prospective partners • Answer basic preliminary questions following approved messaging guidelines • Guide prospect conversations toward booking an introductory appointment • Schedule introductory calls using Calendly and Google Calendar • Confirm prospect contact information and time zones before scheduling • Flag complex financial, compensation, licensing, or sensitive questions for client review • Reporting & Operational Support • Record prospect activity and metrics in Google Sheets • Submit daily performance reports on outreach volume and response rates • Submit weekly performance reports analyzing platform success rates • Prepare prospect background summaries before scheduled client meetings • Secondary / Additional Tasks • Conduct occasional outbound phone calls using the client's CRM dialer • Design promotional flyers or event graphics using Canva or ChatGPT • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with a clear, neutral accent is acceptable for future call outreach **IMPORTANT • Should have direct message outreach or appointment setting experience either from a corporate setup or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Experience in using any tools like Canva for creating basic promotional designs for flyers and event graphics **IMPORTANT • Experience using any AI tools like ChatGPT for message personalization and prompt execution is preferred **IMPORTANT • Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok is preferred • Experience using Google Sheets for data entry and tracking is preferred • Background in financial services or real estate is a plus • Preferred Traits & Personality• Organized • Proactive • Detail-oriented • Personable • Outgoing • Creative • Adaptable • Team-oriented • Coachable • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday • 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM CST (20 hours/week) • Compensation Range• $4 - $6/hour • Communication Tools• Work Email • WhatsApp • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Victor Rodriguez - Onboarding • Important Notes• Client & Business Profile: Victor Rodriguez operates a US-based financial services firm specializing in financial planning, retirement accounts, estate planning, and real estate financial solutions, looking to recruit financial professionals as business partners.  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with a clear, neutral accent is acceptable for future call outreach **IMPORTANT Schedule notes: Friday, October 16th at 9:00 AM CST
