• Social Media Manager (VA1)• Social Media Management and Strategy• Manage and publish content across social media platforms • Develop social media content plans and an effective social media strategy • Define brand identity and identify the target audience and appropriate platforms • Support brand awareness, merchandise promotion, audience growth, and monetization • Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and followers • Respond to comments and messages • Video Editing and Content Repurposing• Edit video content from live bare-knuckle boxing events and fighter interviews • Set up online interviews with fighters and bring the client and fighter into the call • Incorporate highlights from fighters’ previous fights into interview videos • Repurpose long-form videos into shorter content, including reels and highlights • Adapt video content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram Reels • Add descriptions and captions to social media posts • Incorporate a short commercial into video content • Brand and Merchandise Promotion• Incorporate the client’s Dare to Go Bare clothing brand into video content • Create short merchandise advertisements using images from the client’s website or other suitable approaches • Support the promotion of the client’s merchandise through social media content • Fighter Audience Engagement and Growth• Tag fighters in relevant content and share content with them for potential reposting on their social media accounts • Research fighters’ social media platforms and identify opportunities to engage their audiences • Engage with relevant audiences through comments to help attract followers and increase reach • Website and Merchandise Updates• Update the website as needed • Add new clothing products and update existing products in Printify, including hoodies and sweatpants • Use existing product templates and make minor adjustments as needed • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have social media manager experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should be well-versed in using GSuite, Microsoft 365 & AI Tools • Experience in using riverside, canva, capcut or any similar tools would be ideal • Having a Boxing Media, Content Creation, and E-commerce industry experience is a huge plus • Male candidate is highly preferred • Someone who is a fan or have knowledge of combat fights is a hug plus • Experience in video editing is a huge plus • Preferred Traits & Personality• Organize • Proactive • Strong Communicator • Resourceful • Creative • Detailed Oriented • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST • Compensation Range• $4/hour and up • Communication Tools• Work Email • WhatsApp • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Wade Flannery - Onboarding • Important Notes• Experience in using riverside, canva, capcut or any similar tools would be ideal • Having a Boxing Media, Content Creation, and E-commerce industry experience is a huge plus • Male candidate is highly preferred • Someone who is a fan or have knowledge of combat fights is a hug plus • Experience in video editing is a huge plus Schedule notes: To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team
