• Digital Marketing VA (VA2)• Manage and maintain social media accounts and marketing activities • Create, edit, and publish social media content, including video content • Assist with content planning and ongoing marketing campaigns • Manage and optimize lead flow from inbound and outbound marketing channels • Monitor and manage leads coming into the call center and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives • Manage GoHighLevel and assist with CRM/AI-related marketing functions • Monitor and maintain the company's Google Business Profile (GMB) • Assist with local SEO and online visibility • Support geo-targeting and geo-fencing initiatives • Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve lead generation • Assist with other digital marketing and content-related tasks as needed • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have Digital Marketing / Social Media Management experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA *IMPORTANT • GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is required **IMPORTANT • Experience with social media management, lead management, CRM automation, SEO, GMB, and digital marketing is preferred • Roofing/construction industry experience is a plus IMPORTANT NOTES: • IMPORTANT: Experience in running and managing ads on SLA and Meta, as well as video editing, ad creation, social media management, and lead flow pipeline management. • IMPORTANT: Experience creating and editing both short-form and long-form videos for advertising and marketing purposes. • Preferred Traits & Personality• Organized • Proactive • Self-Starter / Independent • Detail-Oriented • Outgoing / Personable • Analytical / Problem Solver • Creative / Innovative • Strong Communicator • Adaptable / Flexible • Team-Oriented • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday (Part-time | 20 hours per week)• Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM US Mountain Time • Compensation Range• $5/hour and up • Communication Tools• Work Email • WhatsApp • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Brandon Dawson (Axis Roofing Texas LLC) - Onboarding • Important Notes • Please Schedule FIs the shortest time possible Schedule notes: To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team
