• Social Media Outreach VA (VA1)• Manage outreach activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Alignable • Send direct messages to potential clients using provided scripts or templates • Engage with prospects and book appointments • Follow up with prospects and clients through social media • Track outreach activities, responses, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have social media outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should have any CRM management experience, preferably in Hubspot • Preferred Traits & Personality• Professional • Consistent • Organized • Detail-Oriented • Outgoing / Personable • Strong Communicator • Collaboration Hours (20 hours per week | 6-7 Hours per day)• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, following Eastern US Time • Potential to transition into a full-time role based on productivity and results • Compensation Range• $3 - $4/hr. • With commission earned for each closed deal • Communication Tools• Work Email • WhatsApp • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Santana Vega - Onboarding Schedule notes: To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team
