Social Media & Content Coordinator (VA2) • Plan a monthly social media calendar and send it to Roberto for approval before the month starts • Edit short-form videos from job site footage (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and post them within one week of receiving them • Post photos, videos, and before and afters to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok at least 5 times a week • Reply to comments and messages, and flag any potential customers to Roberto right away • Engage with other accounts • Write and send the monthly email newsletter (You will come up with ideas and we will give you some) • Write and publish 4 blog posts a month on our WordPress website, from approved topics and following the guidelines our marketing team provides • Keep job site photos and videos organized so nothing gets lost • Keep all files organized • Write down how each task is done, step by step, so the process can be repeated and improved • Send a short weekly report: what was posted, what's scheduled, and any footage still waiting to be edited Qualifications • Experience running business pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. • Strong written English, including longer articles that sound natural to US homeowners. • Reliable with deadlines, and speaks up early when something is running behind • Some working hours that overlap with Mountain Time • Nice to have: experience with construction, remodeling, or home services Tools • CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar video editor • Canva • WordPress (Elementor experience is a plus) • Meta Business Suite • An email newsletter platform (GHL) • Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook Collaboration Hours • Part-time, 20 hours a week To be replaced: Hershey Victoria Schedule notes: Monday, October 19th at 8:00 AM MST
