• Client Support Specialist (VA1)• Conduct approximately 20–30 outbound calls daily to banks and financial institutions to inquire about available business funding programs using provided scripts and questions. • Research loan programs and funding opportunities based on clients' funding criteria. • Follow up with clients who have already been introduced to the VA by the sales team. • Collect, verify, organize, and follow up on client documents needed for funding applications. • Assist clients with signing loan agreements and understanding the documents required throughout the funding process. • Review submitted documents and assist with preparing client application packages. • Help assess client eligibility and identify suitable funding programs based on their personal credit, business information, and submitted documents. • Assist in identifying clients who may be better suited for credit repair rather than immediate business funding. • Assist with preparing and submitting funding applications. • Provide client updates and customer service support throughout the funding process. • Follow up with clients after funding to gather feedback and conduct customer satisfaction surveys. • Assist with general administrative tasks related to credit repair and business funding operations. • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have client support experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should have CRM management experience, preferably with Go High Level • Experience in using DisputeFox is a strong plus • Experience in using Nextiva is a plus • Experience in using Gmail and Outlook is a strong plus • Experience in the Credit and funding industry is a huge plus • Preferred Traits & Personality• Organized • Detail-oriented • Proactive • Resourceful • Personable • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Arizona Time (20 hours per week) • Part-time initially and could grow into full-time • Compensation Range• $4-6/hour and up • Communication Tools• Work Email • Slack • WhatsApp • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Darren Crawford - Onboarding • Important Notes• The client prefers someone with direct experience in business funding, business credit, or credit repair, ideally someone who has worked for a competitor and understands the process from initial client intake through funding. • Candidates with banking experience or related financial services experience should also be prioritized if direct industry experience is unavailable.
