• E-commerce VA (VA1)• Etsy Listing Management• Create and upload new product listings on Etsy • Optimize product titles, descriptions, tags, and listing details • Ensure product information is accurate and clearly presented • Update and maintain existing listings • Product Photography & Images• Prepare and optimize product photos for online listings • Edit and enhance product images to improve presentation • Ensure images accurately represent the products • Product Knowledge & Descriptions• Learn and understand the client's wood products and woodworking terminology • Amazon Marketplace Support• Assist with setting up and managing Amazon product listings as the business expands • Adapt product descriptions, images, and listing details for Amazon • Social Media Support• Assist with managing the company's social media channels as needed • Help create and prepare product-focused content to promote the business • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have e-commerce experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should be well-versed in G Suite, Canva, &, AI tools • Experience in using Etsy, Amazon, or any other similar platforms would be a plus • Strongly prefers knowledge of wood and woodworking descriptions • Experience/interest in the Home Goods industry would be a huge plus • Preferred Traits & Personality• Organized • Detail-oriented • Proactive • Resourceful • Personable • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday • 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST (10 hours per week) • Part-time initially and could grow into full-time• Based on performance • Compensation Range• $4/hour and up • Communication Tools• Work Email • WhatsApp • Zoom • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Tord Feldt - Onboarding
