• • Inside Sales Agent (VA1)• Generate leads and conduct outbound follow-ups with prospects. • Contact warm leads from Day 15 through Day 60 of the lead lifecycle. • Follow up with leads using an appropriate calling cadence rather than calling every lead daily. • Contact leads for winback opportunities, X-dates, and cross-selling. • Set appointments and identify prospects interested in discussing a quote. • Transfer interested leads to the sales team for further assistance and closing. • Support occasional closing activities if required, pending clarification with the client. • Help develop or provide input on calling scripts and workflows, as these have not yet been fully established. • Coordinate with the sales team when transferring interested prospects. • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have outbound or appointment-setting experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Experience using dialers is a plus• Ricochet • Experience in the insurance industry is a huge plus • Preferred Traits & Personality• Organized • Proactive • Self-Starter / Independent • Outgoing / Personable • Strong Communicator • Adaptable / Flexible • Team-Oriented • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday • 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST • Compensation Range• $4-6/hour and up • Communication Tools• Work Email • Slack • WhatsApp • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Paige Hogan - Onboarding • Important Notes• The client has approximately 10 sales team members and hopes to expand to 12 by January. • The ISA's main responsibility is lead follow-up and appointment setting, not independently closing sales, according to the onboarding discussion.
