• Digital Marketing VA (VA1)• Instagram Marketing & Lead Generation• Manage and optimize Instagram DM automations • Create keyword-triggered campaigns such as "VIRAL," "GUIDE," and "EBOOK" • Help convert Reel comments, Story replies, and incoming DMs into potential buyers • Identify and engage with people genuinely interested in social media growth • Develop organic strategies to increase eBook sales • Monitor inquiries and follow up with interested leads appropriately • Avoid spammy messaging and follow Instagram's platform rules • Proven experience selling digital products, eBooks, courses, or online services • Strong Instagram marketing and DM automation experience • Experience with LinkedIn organic lead generation • Familiarity with Stan Store and its automation capabilities • Proven experience selling digital products, eBooks, courses, or online services • Convert Instagram comments into sales• Set up and test VIRAL, GUIDE, and EBOOK keyword automations • Send interested viewers directly to the Stan Store sales page • Follow up with interested buyers• Track people who requested the book but haven't purchased • Send a helpful, personalized follow-up when they've agreed to receive one • Promote the eBook through Instagram Stories• Publish daily Stories featuring the results, book benefits, testimonials, and a direct purchase link • Turn your viral videos into sales Reels• Repurpose inflatable videos and real success stories • Add curiosity hooks and a clear COMMENT VIRAL CTA • Find potential buyers on LinkedIn• Engage with REALTORS®, entrepreneurs, coaches, and business owners • Build relationships and share the book when relevant or requested • Improve the Stan Store sales page• Test headlines, descriptions, previews, testimonials, and calls to action • Make it easy to understand why the eBook is worth $27 • Create educational posts that attract buyers• Share practical tips about hooks, storytelling, ChatGPT, TikTok LIVE, and turning views into leads • Direct interested readers to the book • Create a lead magnet and email follow-up• Offer a free resource, such as 10 viral-style hooks, to collect opted-in leads • Build a short email sequence introducing the eBook • Collaborate with relevant creators• Find creators serving entrepreneurs, REALTORS®, and small business owners • Propose mutually beneficial collaborations that introduce the eBook to new audiences • Track sales and optimize daily• Monitor purchases, revenue, link clicks, automation performance, and which content drives buyers • Improve the best-performing campaigns • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have digital marketing experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should be well-versed in G Suite, Canva, & AI tools • Experience/interest in the Marketing-Ebook Selling industry is ideal • Strong hands-on experience with Instagram marketing and DM automation is ideal • Experience using Stan Store or similar digital product storefront platforms is highly preferred • Experience building or optimizing sales funnels, landing pages, and conversion-focused sales pages is ideal • Strongly prefers someone who has already helped sell eBooks, courses, or other digital products • Preferred Traits & Personality• Organized • Proactive • Resourceful • Self-Starter / Independent • Detail-Oriented • Creative • Can bring fresh ideas to the table • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday • Between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST (20 hours per week) • Part-time initially and could grow into full-time• (30-90 days) • Compensation Range• $5/hour and up • Has a bonus structure • Communication Tools• Work Email • WhatsApp • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Veronica Verdin - Onboarding • Important Notes• Strong hands-on experience with Instagram marketing and DM automation is ideal • Experience building or optimizing sales funnels, landing pages, and conversion-focused sales pages is ideal • Prior sales experience is a plus
