• Inside Sales Agent (VA1)• Outbound Outreach• Call businesses from a provided lead sheet to encourage meal purchases or sponsorships for the nonprofit restaurant • Pitch the option for businesses to purchase 15 meals monthly for staff or themselves, delivered to their place of work • Pitch the option to sponsor 15 meals to be donated on the business's behalf, which is tax-deductible • Handle the full process from initial call to purchase or set appointments for further follow-up • Relationship & Mission Management • Explain the nonprofit's mission and invite businesses to be part of the cause • Build rapport and "win people's hearts" through pleasant, personable communication • Provide information to prospects about who the organization feeds to help them understand the impact • Reports and Lead Information Management• Manage a basic lead sheet for tracking calls and outcomes • Coordinate with the client via Google Calendar or Calendly for daily check-ins • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have cold calling, objection handling & appointment setting experience either from a corporate setup or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Experience in sales is required **IMPORTANT • Experience in the nonprofit industry is preferred **IMPORTANT • Experience using any dialer and basic calendar tools like Google Calendar or Calendly is preferred Preferred Traits & Personality• Organized • Detail-oriented • Proactive • Resourceful • Personable • Empathetic • Patient • Caring • Resilient • Strong communicator • Culturally aware Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday • 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST (20 hours/week) Compensation Range• $4 – $6/hour • Performance-based incentives/bonuses will be provided for closed deals Communication Tools• Work Email • Sphere Rocket Hub • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Barry Rahma Ahmad - Onboarding • Important Notes• Barry runs a nonprofit restaurant that provides meals to those in need; he is currently on the $99/month program for one part-time VA.
