• Multimedia VA (VA1)• Create and design social media graphics, posts, and other visual content using Canva for multiple client accounts • Follow each client's existing branding, including colors, fonts, templates, and visual style, using provided Canva links and previously created graphics as references • Research each client's brand, industry, Instagram presence, and website to ensure content aligns with their identity • Edit short-form videos, Reels, and other social media video content as needed • Repurpose visual content into different formats to suit various social media platforms • Organize and maintain Canva designs, graphics, video files, and other creative assets in shared folders • Communicate regularly with the client, provide progress updates, and respond to messages regarding assigned tasks • Stay updated on current social media design and video editing trends to create fresh, engaging content • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have graphic design experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should be well-versed in G Suite, Canva, & AI tools • Should have experience using CapCut or any other video editing tool • Preferred Traits & Personality• Organized • Detail-Oriented • Outgoing / Personable • Strong Communicator • Adaptable / Flexible • Creative • Can bring fresh ideas to the table • Punctual • Professional • Articulate • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday • 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST (20 hours per week) • Part-time initially and could grow into full-time• Based on performance • Compensation Range• $4/hour and up • Communication Tools• Work Email • WhatsApp • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Kaylee Hubbard - Onboarding • Important Notes• Client has not signed the contract, will update this once completed; pls pause sourcing for the meantime • Client will provide Canva links containing previously created graphics, logos, brand colors, templates, and other designs for each client, along with photos and other assets through Google Drive • For graphic design, the VA will repurpose existing photos, graphics, and content ideas to create branded social media posts and stories rather than starting from scratch • For video editing, the client will provide raw footage.
