• Inside Sales Associate • Outbound Calling• Make high-volume cold calls to contacts from purchased databases (24,000 numbers). • Introduce the company and gather/verifying key information. • Identify decision-makers and collect accurate contact details. • Qualify leads based on the clients validation criteria. • Schedule on-site visits for local field teams when applicable. • Execute quote follow-up calls and emails (secondary task once volume grows). • Use provided scripts; adjust messaging based on client guidance. • CRM Management (Selltis + HubSpot)• Enter, update, and properly tag contacts in Celtis (main CRM). • Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses after every call. • Track call outcomes (validated, attempted, follow-up required, etc.). • Assist with cleaning and organizing CRM data for accuracy. • Use HubSpot if needed for marketing-related data or campaigns. • Support dashboard reporting and activity tracking. • Data Handling & Process Support• Pull contact information from sources like ZoomInfo / DMV database. • Ensure lists are accurate and flag bad data. • Assist with data movement from database CRM outbound calling workflow. • Help streamline manual processes while there is no dialer in place. • Experience and Proficiency• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have cold calling and appointment setting experience from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Experience in CRM management is a strong plus • Experience in HubSpot is a plus • Experience in Microsoft 365 is a plus • Personality Requirements• Organized • Self-Starter / Independent • Outgoing / Personable • Strong Communicator • Adaptable / Flexible • Thick-skineed • Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST • Engagement Compensation• $4 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talents• Experienced and Corporate-experienced Talents • Engaged Talent Communication• Work Email • Teams To be replaced: John Paul Moreno
