• Social Media Manager (VA1)• Managing Social Media Platforms• Manage all social media platforms, with Instagram as a key priority • Support the client's overall social media presence as the business develops • Social Media Moderation• Respond to comments and messages, including direct messages (DMs) • Like and comment on other accounts and engage with accounts relevant to the brand • Increasing Brand Awareness• Define brand identity • Identify the target audience and appropriate social media platforms • Develop an effective social media strategy • Content Creation and Research• Create and research social media content • Research current trends and market preferences • Plan content pillars, such as educational, entertaining, inspirational, and promotional content • Use a mix of content formats, including Reels, Stories, infographics, memes, polls, and long-form posts • Organize existing photos, video clips, and materials from previous shows to introduce Third Act Encore and communicate the brand's identity • Paid Advertising• Run paid ads for brand awareness campaigns targeting specific demographics • Content Scheduling and Calendar Management• Schedule social media posts in advance • Create and maintain a content calendar to organize upcoming content • Graphics and Image Editing• Create and edit graphics and images using Canva or a similar application • Basic Video Editing and Content Repurposing• Edit and assemble existing video clips, photos, and other materials from the client's previous shows • Repurpose videos for social media • Chop longer videos into shorter clips and adapt them for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram Reels and Stories • Add descriptions and captions to social media posts • Preferred Experience & Qualifications• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have social media management experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should be well-versed in using GSuite, Microsoft 365 & AI Tools • Experience in using Canva, Chagpt, Higgsfield, Instagram or any similar tools would be ideal • Having an entertainment industry experience is a huge plus • Preferred Traits & Personality• Fun • Patient • Flexible • Detail-Oriented • Creative/Innovative • Organized • Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday • 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST (20 hours per week) • Part-time initially and could grow into full-time • Compensation Range• $4/hour and up • Communication Tools• Work Email • SR Hub • Target Start Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team • Zoom Recording Link• Pat Labez Muntz - Onboarding Schedule notes: To be coordinated by the Fulfillment & Admin Team
