WHO WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE The right person is someone who can say: I've personally done this before. We are also not looking for someone who wants to learn outbound sales for the first time. We need someone who can produce first, help us build the system second, and eventually help lead the team. COMPENSATION Competitive compensation based on experience and demonstrated track record. We are willing to pay more for the right candidate who has both proven outbound production experience and leadership capability. To be replaced: Maricel Monsanto FI Notes: 1.
